Hassen is the Chairman and founder of Unicorpe International of Toronto, Canada. an investment and consultancy firm specializing in Aviation, infrastructure and energy projects. In the last 15 years, Hassen has worked on transactions in over 10 countries with Clients and partners include private, public and government entities in North America and abroad. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of multiple Startup airlines and MRO facilities in Africa and CIS countries.

Mr. Mohammad M. Alkhayat
Captain Mohammad M. Alkhayat is a seasoned aviation executive with over 35 years of expertise in aeronautical business management, aircraft operations, and corporate aviation leadership. He has held key roles in flight safety, fleet management, and aviation consultancy, working with industry leaders such as Saudia Airlines, CAMP Systems International, and Stars Aviation. During his 25-year tenure at Saudia Airlines, he played a pivotal role in developing Flight Safety, Quality, and Environmental programs. A dynamic leader, Mohammad has successfully led large-scale aviation projects, specializing in aircraft acquisitions, executive interior outfitting, and operational efficiency. Now at Unicorpe International, he continues to drive innovation and global growth, reinforcing the company’s leadership in aviation services.

Mr. Guillermo A. Barrios
Barrios, is an engineer with dual master’s degrees in Finance and Digital Systems. He is also a certified Project, Program and Portfolio Manager with more than 30 years of experience as an Oil and Gas executive in Venezuela. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of structural, support, and reporting functions of the Aviation businesses. Guillermo has developed his experience working for leading corporations such as Bombardier Aerospace, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA). Extensive experience managing Projects and Programs in multi-disciplinary and multi- cultural environments for the Airline industry. Solid Finance background and expert in enterprise architecture and Business Modelling.

Mr. Aruna Wijesinghe
Aruna is the Director of Operations for Unicorpe International. He has a broad knowledge of all areas of aviation. He has been in leadership roles in several large-scale aviation projects including airline start-up and aircraft assessment and acceptance. An Aviation professional with over 40 years’ experience in the industry, he was a Boeing 747 flight crew member with Japan Airlines and Singapore Airlines. He started his aviation career in aircraft engineering and maintenance prior to progressing into flight operations. He is a graduate of Singapore Polytechnic and Singapore Airlines Training College. He has also attended training courses conducted by organizations such as Boeing, EASA and United Airlines.
