Mr. Guillermo A. Barrios
Guillermo Barrios, is an engineer with dual master’s degrees in Finance and Digital Systems. He is also a certified Project, Program and Portfolio Manager with more than 30 years of experience as an Oil and Gas executive in Venezuela. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of structural, support, and reporting functions of the Aviation businesses. Guillermo in his capacity as CFO and Program Director in Nordin investment Group managing more than $5 billion project financing.
Guillermo has developed his experience working for leading corporations such as Bombardier Aerospace, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA). He has headed diverse and challenging projects across North America, Latin America and Africa. Extensive experience managing Projects and Programs in multi-disciplinary and multi- cultural environments for the Airline industry. Solid Finance background and expert in enterprise architecture and Business Modelling.

Mr. Moe Vyas
Regulatory and government affairs consultant, highly experienced in developing master plans and implementation strategies for aviation infrastructure in accordance with ICAO SARPS and regional requirements. Moe had served Canadian and US aviation industry in senior management roles. Prior to that he started his career as an air traffic controller in East Africa having worked at Nairobi, Dar es Salaam and Entebbe International airports.
