Hassen Mutahar is the Founder of Unicorpe International. With over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry—including senior engineering roles at Boeing, Bombardier Aerospace, and De Havilland Aircraft—Hassen brings a rare combination of technical depth and strategic vision.
Over the past 15 years, he has led aviation transactions and advisory mandates in more than 10 countries, working with private sector clients, government agencies, and public institutions across North America, Africa, the Middle East, and the CIS region. Renowned for his unmatched global network and deep regional expertise, Hassen has been instrumental in the launch and growth of multiple startup airlines and the development of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities across emerging markets. His work continues to shape aviation ecosystems and unlock new opportunities in some of the world’s most dynamic and challenging markets.
Mohammed Alkhayat serves as Executive Vice President of Unicorpe International Holdings, a global leader in comprehensive aircraft solutions. With a career spanning over two decades in aviation and aerospace, Mr. Alkhayat brings strategic vision and operational expertise to Unicorpe’s expansive portfolio, which includes aircraft acquisitions, leasing, financing, advisory services, and fleet management.
At the helm of Unicorpe’s global operations, Mohammed plays a pivotal role in steering corporate strategy, forging international partnerships, and leading high-value negotiations with OEMs, airlines, and financial institutions. His leadership has been instrumental in driving Unicorpe’s growth across emerging and mature markets, securing its position as a trusted partner in the aviation sector.

Guillermo serves as Project Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Unicorpe International, bringing over 30 years of global experience in engineering, finance, and program leadership. With dual master’s degrees in Finance and Digital Systems, Guillermo is a certified Project, Program, and Portfolio Manager with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture and business modeling.
Before joining Unicorpe, Guillermo held senior executive roles in the oil and gas sector with PDVSA in Venezuela and contributed to major initiatives with Bombardier Aerospace and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). At Unicorpe, he leads the development and implementation of financial controls, structural frameworks, and project oversight for aviation and infrastructure ventures.
Guillermo’s cross-sector experience and expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across diverse cultural environments have made him an integral part of Unicorpe’s leadership team—ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic execution across the firm’s global initiatives.
Aruna is the Director of Operations at Unicorpe International, bringing over 40 years of comprehensive experience in the global aviation industry. His career spans aircraft engineering, flight operations, and senior leadership roles on large-scale aviation projects, including airline start-ups and aircraft evaluation and acceptance programs.
A former Boeing 747 flight crew member with both Japan Airlines and Singapore Airlines, Aruna’s operational insight is grounded in hands-on experience and technical expertise. He began his career in aircraft engineering and maintenance before transitioning into flight operations, giving him a rare end-to-end understanding of the aviation lifecycle.
Aruna is a graduate of Singapore Polytechnic and Singapore Airlines Training College, and has completed advanced training with global aviation authorities including Boeing, EASA, and United Airlines. At Unicorpe, he oversees operational planning, project execution, and technical oversight—ensuring the firm’s aviation initiatives are executed with precision, safety, and compliance.
Serves as Controller at Unicorpe, bringing extensive experience in real estate finance and strategic investment. He has underwritten over $4 billion in assets and deployed $1.5 billion in capital, applying institutional-grade financial discipline to Unicorpe’s aviation and infrastructure projects. His background in structuring complex deals, managing joint ventures, and driving operational efficiency strengthens the firm’s financial oversight and strategic execution.
